LeanData’s product is amazing, and customers love it, but a tough one to sell due to the complexity of the buying group. The team and people are great. Leadership the last couple of years has been a little all over the place as sales leaders have come and gone but they’re slowly working on improving it and making things better for reps. Really tough space to get into if you don’t have experience selling in the tech world and even then, the ramp is quite long.

Great product. Just got rid of nearly all sales leadership and brought in a new leader to push efficiency. Many reps struggle to hit quota resulting in pips and then letting folks go. Company appears to be downsizing.
