My overall experience was varied based off management. Clear nepotism and bias hampered personal development for the first couple years, but after moving to new market I flourished and actually was promoted within 6 months. Decent commission structure, quick turnaround between appointment/install/payout.

Great Company, great opportunities and endless possibilities (it seems) but cannot move up as area managers make sure you don’t.
