Aweful, this used to be a decent company to work for but not anymore. The culture shifted to be terrible and there turned out to be a hostile work environment. Used car salesman mentalty.

Good base pay, due to the nature of the work the schedule was inconsistent. Commission was regularly delayed/shorted. Leadership at the top is a joke and this place is not for the weak.
