Great Company, great opportunities and endless possibilities (it seems) but cannot move up as area managers make sure you don’t. Senior managers and recruiters say all the right things but most doesn’t happen. They tried a restructuring but it won’t work till senior managers get a handle on local management. Local management is more concerned about how pretty their dashboard is rather than taking care of customers and employees.

Aweful, this used to be a decent company to work for but not anymore. The culture shifted to be terrible and there turned out to be a hostile work environment. Used car salesman mentalty.
