Current Employee The culture is really good as well as the training, everyone wants to see you succeed. There is a lack of transparency about OTE pay, it is nowhere near $60k. The hours are very long for such little pay in this role. They expect you to put in around 150+ calls a day, so it is more intense than most sdr roles.
