The bulk of my experience at Lead Forensics was as an SDR. Phenomenal SDR manager, but pay was very low. The pay was justified by a clear and potentially quick promotion path.

The company comes from a telesales background so the expectation when I first started was to make 120+ calls per day. It's slowly improving but there's too little training to go along with the changes and not enough communication about how to best navigate these changes. Great product but there is VERY high turnover in the sales role and extremely low target attainment. People that get promoted to better lead sources quickly find there aren't enough leads in that source and then get demoted.
