Former Employee There were some great people at LW, really strong sales team but product and company leadership were poor fits. No CRO for ~16 months was a real big detriment and ultimately why I left. The product roadmap was not aligned with what was happening in the field and ultimately the CFO was running the sales org. It's a shame because everyone I brought into the org really bought into the mission and the problem we tried to solve but it was very difficult to impossible to sell an incomplete product to mutli-cloud enterprises.
