Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It is really sad to watch what is happening at Lacework - the field feels helpless while the company crumbles. I will be shocked if the investors are not attempting to package and sell Lacework for parts in the next year. Sutter Hill has totally left the company out to dry and isn't attempting to replace current leadership, which has been a trainwreck. There is zero sales culture or leadership - we have no idea what our targets even are/metrics we are being measured on. I guess this is what happens when you bring in a CEO and leadership team who have zero experience in running a B2B sales org, and they hired prod/eng teams with zero experience building cloud security products. Highly recommend against joining the company in a sales capacity in its current state as the product is falling very far behind the competition.
