This company is a rocket ship. Leadership without ego, yet driven enough to accomplish anything, and a product the market has needed for years. On top of that, the inbound lead flow and product market fit make for an obscene amount of demos per week, with an average deal size that grows month over month as new enterprise customers come on board (Fortune 500 and higher). Deal volume and velocity are great, and leadership seeks to hire the top class in every position, meaning that the product and each team will only secure more key talent geared toward high-growth. That said, one of the most important factors to hiring is the Culture-Fit Interview, where the team gets to know the new hire and ensures everyone will work together as seamlessly possible in such a high-growth environment. Love it here - found my forever company.

It seems like the product was great and marketing was on point. Unfortunately there was, and appears to continue to be the case, the wrong leadership from the top and that trickled down to a broken system that just did not work. My overall experience at Latch was good. I worked with a great team there. Unfortunately last summer (2022) they had several rounds of layoffs as they were not performing as well as expected and had gone public earlier that year through a SPAC.
