Leadership has been restructured, and even with some hiccups with standardizations and new compensation plan kyocera is still a good place to work. Great training and support from leaders and tenured reps. Attainable and realistic KPIs and quota targets for new hires.

I have been thru multiple changes in leadership, direction and initiatives as well as had multiple presidents in my short tenure here at Kyocera. Every subsidiary operates differently but lately the culture has suffered (at least in my location SE) and the reps are leaving as the Micromanaging has begun and so starts the turnover rate becoming higher and higher.
