Overall experience - lousy. First line mgt was good, everything else sucked. Kyndryl took the worst of IBM and make it their culture.

My role was none quota bearing. I was laid off just before my two year anniversary with the company. There have been layoffs every year since spinning off IBM.

Still very IBM in culture and go to market. Focus on whats right in front rather than the opportunity that could be.
