Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company is trying to move away from the IBM way of thinking. Too much management still that is stuck with working things the old IBM way. It’s frustrating as someone who is younger. My teams average age is 45+ and I am in my lower 30s. Team is getting pushed off of commission because so many accounts are dealing with high costs from bad contracts signed when we were IBM. We are treading water. We keep telling our shareholders that we are lowering costs, but all that means is laying people off and forcing our own employees to cut costs. Select management where given stock options when we spun off and became our own company. We don’t even have an employee stock option purchase plan. I enjoy the people I work with, but the executives are useless.
