They do not put their company values into practice. They ask very pointed questions to illicit the feedback they want instead of need.
People outside of the AE team are treated unfairly, overworked, and frustrated, which has a tremendous impact on the AE role.
There is no support for AEs, tons of threats against their jobs, and no consideration for feedback unless it's the feedback they want to hear. Leadership is extremely removed and focuses too much on the wrong things.
The "tech" is dated and they refuse to make updates that keep up with competition. It's clear the market is changing and the needs are growing. Clients want an all-in-one solution and Kotis no longer provides a true all-in-one solution. Competitors offer everything Kotis does, and more. Kotis used to provide a cutting-edge, unique, service. Competition caught up and that is no longer the case. This will be more challenging to sell as the competitors continue to improve while Kotis refuses to adapt. Browse Other Reviews
