Great product and innovative approach compared to its competitors. Lots of room to make a large salary due to commission structure. Management has some restructuring that needs to be done but hard to tell when or if that will happen.

Over the years, culture has declined. Top performers continue to leave. The pay seems decent for the swag management industry, but it is not worth the headache.
