My overall experience was okay at best.. Leadership at Konica Minolta is good, but the company is really bad. They do not have a great base salary, commission rates are really bad, the sales cycle takes forever, and in the end... you're really just selling printers. Wish it was better.

The potential to earn amazing income comes down to territory and timing. If you are unlucky enough to join the company in the middle of someone's buying cycle you are all but screwed.
