I would not recommend working for Klue. Nobody hits quota and their pay is significantly below market value. Most of the top SDR's and AE's have left the company, there's only a couple remaining (and frankly I have no idea why they haven't left yet either).

The company is very sales led. Pretty good people and a huge focus on culture, specifically equity and diversity of people. They want you in office and to drink the kool-aid. Tough product to sell.
