Comp plan for SDR's is laughably below the market average. The SDR team is really good too, so it's a shame.

2/10 comp plan - some of the worst out there  in SaaS. Insult to injury that leadership touts to have a “competitive compensation” which is absolute bs. And OTE is a fairytale.

SDR comp plan is titanic depth below average. AE is about as bad. What’s worse is only 1 AE is hitting so OTE is a pipe dream. Careers page says “competitive pay.” Couldn’t be further from reality.

If you perform and learn how to advocate for yourself then you can get paid what you deserve.

99% of folks don’t ask for a pay rise. Even when they’re performing them don’t think about leveraging their value.

Ask. Perform. Then ask again based on hitting certain targets. Hit them then get it.

Comp is unchanged in 2024, still the absolute worst comp you will find in SaaS.

An underperforming SDR at other companies can make more than an AE at Klue.

Klue SDR's make next to nothing, because their commission payout is extremely low and almost no one hits quota on top of that.
