Overall, for Home Health Sales at a large organization, I can't complain. Base salary was fair, and compensation package was pretty good considering the market. However, I did large amounts of administrative work instead of actively selling, I had to micromanage the operations side to ensure patients were taken care of, and had to do a lot of service recovery. As far as sales role as well, there are much more lucrative areas to go into.
