High staff turnover for a reason. Micromanagement in full display. Lots and lots of driving. During 12 months, I drove 50,000 miles for work. Averaging 1000 miles a week. 2 days in the office, 3 on the road.

Very competitive sales organization, and there is a lot of use for their products in the market. Managers want you to succeed and there is lots of room to be promoted. Very open company layout/structure.

Keyence will give you all the tools to succeed, and help you get there. They make their sales philosophy clear, and it gets results. If you play their game, you can have a career. It is demanding, and isn’t the best pay. However, it’s stable and effort driven.
