Good company and good product. The career advancement path is very well laid out as well. Biggest downside is the micromanagement of working for a japanese company.

Great place to start out in sales. They only hire entry level and promote from within. Unparalleled career development and great money for this point in your career. It is rare that a company will launch someone so new in front of the customer. You will get promoted if you are leading the team.
