Great leadership. Went into the job not knowing the first thing about sales… feels like it prepared me very well for other sales opportunities.

Keyence is a great place to work. However, there is little development after two years and your upside of earnings is limited due to job security. Salary is high but this means variable pay is fairly rigid. Only about a $30k gap from top earners in your title to bottom.

Super micromanagey, extremely high metrics, this company has huge talent retention issues. Most reps last 9 months in outside sales.

Good company if you get placed in the right product / territory. Very long work hours and tons of micromanaging from Japan.
