Really great place to start your sales career, however, please be aware of burnout. They do hire a lot of the times fresh out of college and most tenure is about 1 to 2 years. You are expected to have A TON of sales meeting per month and very high goals. You meet some great people there though and a young crowd most of the time.

Great company to learn the basics of sales. Never missed OTE. OTE was represented very fairly and PMF has been proved out for many years allowing for predictable revenue. Must be open to driving to factories.

I was at Keyence for roughly 7 years, only missed a promotion once, earned a number of awards, and operated as a Sales Manager for roughly 2 years. That is rather rare. Most people only last 2 years.
