Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Metrics metrics metrics, constantly compare you to your coworkers on a point rank system and measured how successful you are based off the 25 boxes you have to check month after month. Not because it leads to sales but because it looks good to Keyence Japan which controls everything Keyence America does. Everyone is forced to “play the game” or “learn how to Keyence”. They expect anywhere from 45-60 sales calls a month aka parking lots so if you don’t BS you’re #’s like the rest of the group you’re deemed the one in the wrong not the others who are inflating their #’s to check the box. If you’re truly good at sales it is a great starting job for a year or 2. TOP NOTCH training in Chicago for 6 weeks before you get sent to your home office. Unfortunately your success is very much determined on the territory you get and rest assured if you have a sh*t territory you will be compared to the same coworkers who have great ones and asked “what is holding you back from the success?” There’s a reason people move on from Keyence after 2 years. You’re just a # here. Browse Other Reviews
