Japanese company, every metric is tracked -# of phone calls, # of minutes on the phone, # of sales calls. Promotions are based on these numbers which causes people to lie, management knows it but wont acknowledge it. Otherwise great product, great training for sales noobies, OTE is very accurate as well as quota.

There is opportunity here but you hit a ceiling eventually. Great job out of college but plateaus
