Stable company with excellent training for new salespeople. Strong products. Easy to focus on your job, as roles are very defined. As a manager/director, incentive structure is broken.

Great place to start a sales career and build experience selling technical product. Poor work-life balance and culture highly dependent on direct leader and current VP which they cycle through affiliates countries

It was a great gig to start off in sales, teach great fundamentals. However, there a lot of micromanagers here. Commission and bonus is okay but not great, other companies can do better.
