Great company, immediate income opportunity and room for growth. Very high floor but very low ceiling when it comes to income. Lots of turnover around the 2-3 year mark because of this

Keyence will give you all the tools to succeed, and help you get there. They make their sales philosophy clear, and it gets results. If you play their game, you can have a career. It is demanding, and isn’t the best pay. However, it’s stable and effort driven.

Good Salary and a great sales school. They offer now a entry Salary at 70K BASE which is great for Germany. You can grow within 5 years to about 120-160K At some point you just don't learn anything anymore and talent isn't worshipped well, if you try to look from different perspectives.
