Expectations/Process change at the drop of a hat. Communication is top/down and sometimes lost in translation. Great inbound lead flow, poor training and sales process for individual contributors. Management/leaders often have more than they can chew due to constant adjustments brought down from CEO/Board

Product is solid and has a great market fit but the company environment is horrendous. I was there for 10 months and the company underwent three rounds of layoffs, cumulatively cutting almost 50% of their sales team. All the 1-2 star reviews on Glassdoor are accurate. Nothing more I can say that hasn’t already been said.
