They dangle the hope of staying 2 years to achieve your retention bonus - even though that money is yours from the low base salary anyway - but they make your life so hard with all of the old school out of touch micromanagement and activity metrics that you will never stay for it. Pretty genius actually.
Whats worse is they make your goals and activity metrics so unachievable that it promotes faking of activity that everyone takes part in - but then this allows them to fire you for just cause. Either for not making your targets (unachievable) or for faking dials to keep up with their insane 50 dials a day even though you only have 30 accounts! Everyone including management admit the unattainable activity targets too, it's insanity.
