Great people, a lot of resources at your disposal. The only thing here is that the executive team do not seem to be on the same page and have lost trust of majority of the employees.

overall experience was good, but their account management process is broken. They hire 40-50 people a month, all new accounts go to one specific department, and all other teams have to deal with shuffled around accounts. Limited number of accounts to 25, dials/talk time does not match up with number of accounts, as well as culture is toxic and non conductive of employee retention
