My overall experience was not what I expected. They lured you in with all this promise to make a whole lot of money and success. When in reality the books of business have been passed around from account manager to account manager, they’ve done a really bad job helping out those customers and most accounts are either mad at Kaseya or they’re dying to leave. Compensation is low for similar account management roles in the industry.

Overall a great place to work for 1 year. Get your software sales experience and leave. The culture is poor and typical pushy sales tactics with poor managers in place. Great for the resume - bad for a career.

I have trouble finding any pro for Kaseya. Kaseya leadership has destroyed every company that it acquired. The C Suite will make a boat load of money, without a doubt. But you'll have to sell your soul to Fred if you want to get promoted here.
