Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Kaseya is hands down the most toxic and awful place to work. The leadership at this company is filled with insecure narcissistic control freaks. They believe in micromanaging 100 things at a time to the point where everything loses focus. Leadership fearmonger, gaslight, and demean people on a daily basis which only demotivates people. The incompetence of executive leadership at this company is just mind blowing. Also, if you care at all about diversity and inclusivity steer clear. This company claims to be unpolitical while hosting company events at the Trump resort. The CEO is essentially a Rick Desantis wannabe. This company could be amazingly successful if they 1. Listened to their clients, they could care less about their clients and piss them off daily 2. Hire competent people and empower them and trust them to do their job 3. Start over with executive leadership, they are rushing to IPO or sell because this is a sinking ship of epic proportions. They company created a billing nightmare of catastrophic proportions due to their own incompetence and cannot even collect on their A/R. Leadership is so toxic and poisonous that all the good people are on their way out.
