Overall great experience. However very rigid hierarchy that is not open to inputs or logical changes. Leadership could do much better.

my experience was that if you got lucky then you were able to sell maybe 40k each Q but most of the time they gave us accounts that had massive issues in billing and product usage but were tied to 3 yr contracts so they couldn't leave and disliked being called every other day by the same person so they refused to do more business and waited till their contacts were...Read More

Still employed at Kaseya. Using them for their healthcare and I’ve actively interviewed at other companies. I would only recommend this job to high school graduates or anyone in their early 20s with very low monthly expenses. Other than that it is not a recommended place to work. It’s a terrible place to work if you graduated college and think this is a solid first...Read More
