Company in hyper growth phases often cut corners and that is more than the case here. Hostile work environment and pretty much everyone there is hoping one day they receive an equity pay out that makes them millionaires. Entire infrastructure is messed up not only will you be a sales rep but you will be a billing and collections specialist who is expected to fix all internal issues such as frequent billing and product issues. Then encouraged to sell through the issues or you will be put on kpis

Great Products and opportunity to sell and make money, Management will only view you as a number however so be prepared to be laid off regardless of your actual performance. Good opportunity if you are able to stay long term

Kaseya has great products and the IT complete vision resonates well with the partners. Very low base and we took a 20% commission cut at the beginning of the year. Quota is unattainable for 90% of the org. AEs don't have a set promo plan stating the production metrics we need to hit to get promoted.
