My overall experience is TRASH. Entry and mid level positions are only a function not a human. Transitionary role with low yield ROI, about 1.5 yrs in, they recoup costs, made triple on your bookings and tell you to rise above the noise or stagnant, leave. Paid on ARR, close 36mo+ TCV. No effective KPIs, shooting in the dark for process, painful toolset within SalesForce, draconian focus on metrics, inability to impact KPI or your book. Hopes and promises for options that wont mature to 2030 at best. In office policy with babysitting mentality. Beg for PTO, dream of a few days remote. Why Yes? They have the IT services MSPs by the nuts. They will make a dent in the enterprise TAM. It all depends where the business need places you in the org chart. Might get lucky to have decent accounts which have true upside, or your training your customers to self service and your position will be obsolete in a few years.
