Lies from leadership team at the C-level, no job security even for those that meet goals, frat-like management culture ripe for sexual harassment lawsuits, poor base compensation in a city with high-cost of living, poor commission-based incentives against industry averages, no accountability from leadership and instead fire/blame underlings, and no sense of respect/considerations for the customer/ just want to squeeze every last drop from them instead of seeing them succeed and stay in business. Stay away

Limited number of accounts to 25, dials/talk time does not match up with number of accounts, as well as culture is toxic and non conductive of employee retention

My experience at Kaseya has been a great opportunity to get my foot in the door of tech sales. They do a good job at keeping information accessible to us but we should be training our managers a bit better so that they can then pour into the reps.
