Kaseya
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee - Base is below average in the industry.
- Compensation works in a way where you sell a 3 year contract, and you don't get paid on the TCV, but instead in the value of the first year. Any discounts, free periods, etc. to help close the sale will directly affect your commission.
- No real leadership to help you develop your skills, knowledge on the products, etc. the manager/director/VP roles are completely useless, they have no power to take decisions, help you or your client solve issues, or even expedite a resolution. All decisions/approvals are taken by C-level people.
- Quotas are realistically unachievable due to the reputation the company has, and the size of your book of business (around 30 accounts is the average), which contains, mostly, accounts out of business and accounts that had been screwed over by Kaseya and promised to never do business with them again,
- One good aspect is the variety of products they have, security, PSA, RMM, backups, etc. which allows you to learn a bit about everything, however, you will learn on your own, as said, training or development by management is inexistent. Browse Other Reviews
