My overall experience with Kaseya is about 6/10. Great culture, some of the products need polishing, compensation is decent, growing quickly.

There is a lot of micromanaging on people and how we sell. We are measured on metrics that we have to fake to achieve. For example, we are expected to make 50 calls everyday with having only 30 accounts to manage. It is impossible to make 50 real dials and not burn the relationship with our customers. This is a great company for people to get their foot in the door...Read More

My overall experience was average at best. The quota attainment is completely unrealistic not to mention they only give you 30 accounts (the majority are dog meat) but yet they expect you to sell 100k per quarter. Management plays favorites and gives good accounts to those who they like. The rest of the team struggles to make sales because the majority of their books...Read More
