Having worked in other SaaS sales roles - the culture at Kaseya/in the brickell office was the least professional and the lack of job security ruined morale. Your book decides your fate. At every daily stand down your activity that day is compared to tenured AE's with engaged accounts who actually pick up the phone. Unless you are "chosen" by management, you will likely have a book of accounts that detest the company and maybe own a legacy hard drive. The ones who do answer will be angry about billing issues, or being harassed by calls. Management requires 50 calls a day and hours of talk time - most people know how to fake these and do - but management will use this as leverage to get rid of anyone they dislike (happened on my team).
