My overall experience was good only because of the phenomenal people I met along the way. I miss the people more than the structure of work we had. You are under a microscope everyday. Besides the people, I learned a lot in my time with the company, I will give them that, a big boost to my knowledge and experience. In terms of compensation, it's far from the best. The pay is pretty poor and the commission structure makes it impossible to hit 6 figures. There is also quite a bit of nepotism that runs within the company. Good luck to all.

Great company that are 100% going somewhere. Great sales company. After being promoted my relationship with leadership deteriorated. Unfortunately experience means nothing when certain people don’t like you.

Kaseya supports political views that could be conflicting for minority groups, they allow management to walk around wearing MAGA hats at Sales Kick off meetings, hold their conference at the Trump Doral in Miami, and they’ve eliminated interest groups when they completed the merger with Datto.
