Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was good only because of the phenomenal people I met along the way. I miss the people more than the structure of work we had. You are under a microscope everyday. Besides the people, I learned a lot in my time with the company, I will give them that, a big boost to my knowledge and experience. In terms of compensation, it's far from the best. The pay is pretty poor and the commission structure makes it impossible to hit 6 figures. There is also quite a bit of nepotism that runs within the company. Good luck to all.
