My overall experience was good. Very rigid hierarchy and not open to input or changes. Leadership could do a better job.

Still employed at Kaseya. Using them for their healthcare and I’ve actively interviewed at other companies. I would only recommend this job to high school graduates or anyone in their early 20s with very low monthly expenses. Other than that it is not a recommended place to work. Kaseya has great products and the IT complete vision resonates well with the partners. Very low base and we took a 20% commission cut at the beginning of the year. Quota is unattainable for 90% of the org. AEs don't have a set promo plan stating the production metrics we need to hit to get promoted.
