Great people - great org to stay at if you can make it to the national/regional level. You are 100% responsible for your pipeline make up until you get to Sr. AE -- you'll get an inbound or two per quarter in this market but these typically are not enough to get you to goal. You'll be assigned to a geographic territory and you also have an account cap in place of 1000 accounts making it harder to be able to work ideal prospects. Product is strong, client retention is high but other players in the space are bringing more to the table in terms of true all in one solutions

There are greener pastures out there — lack of business strategy puts all of the onus on reps to generate their own pipeline otherwise you’re a dead man walking.
