CEO would visit territory/customers and not notify reps. I hope Paul can figure out how to maintain consistency as the product could be really strong and innovative.

However, I have been consistently put in limbo -- haven't been given clear direction on how to grow in my career. Unfortunately, the sales leaders haven't given a great path of enablement to be promoted from SDR to an AE.
