From what I’ve seen, coherence and enablement has been lacking in the past but the company is taking steps to correct this. The product is great and acceptance is growing. The culture is supportive and accepting. Base pay and compensation could use some work but as an SDR/ADR it is very easy to exceed quota.

Current Employee3.9Oct 4, 2024The culture is good but turning into a more Cisco-like company with all the leadership being hired directly from Cisco. Base pay is low and quotas are high compared to similar companies but the product market fit and popularity is growing. Quota attainment is probably better than it is at other tech companies right now.
