Management was awful. Their way or the highway. Multiple people on team left within the last year due to management being shallow and non-supportive.

The culture is good but turning into a more Cisco-like company with all the leadership being hired directly from Cisco. Base pay is low and quotas are high compared to similar companies but the product market fit and popularity is growing. Quota attainment is probably better than it is at other tech companies right now.
