The company overall has a lot of strong points. They are currently in a transition state and losing a lot of what made their culture great. Lack of transparency, little room for growth and deafness to feedback are all rampant.

I’m on the partner team and it’s kind of a joke. Both manager and director made our version of President’s Club. Despite not on AE making it (they are also tied to Account Managers). Product was jack or all trades and master of none. Has a small niche of customers to sell to. People that worked there were nice. The long term goal of the company doesn’t seem achievable.

There is virtually zero opportunity to advance your career if you are a seasoned sales professional. The chances to move up/get promoted are few and far between, not to mention the product isn't built for enterprise-level utilization. The main positives are the product is really solid for SMB and maybe some mid-market orgs, and the inbound machine is strong.
