I’m on the partner team and it’s kind of a joke. Both manager and director made our version of President’s Club. Despite not on AE making it (they are also tied to Account Managers). The deal sizes are sub $1K MRR. The buyers are never serious. The IB lead flow is non-existent, which has led to prospecting power hours. Which is borderline useless for cold calling. I think one person has hit monthly quota in my time here.

There is virtually zero opportunity to advance your career if you are a seasoned sales professional. The chances to move up/get promoted are few and far between, not to mention the product isn't built for enterprise-level utilization. The main positives are the product is really solid for SMB and maybe some mid-market orgs, and the inbound machine is strong.

The company overall has a lot of strong points. They are currently in a transition state and losing a lot of what made their culture great. Lack of transparency, little room for growth and deafness to feedback are all rampant.
