Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall the experience was very poor. The compensation package was changed as I started. I did not have an assigned manager my first month of work and had to fend for myself.
Tons of nepotisms and favoritism in the organization which is unfortunate. They said that 50% of your pipeline would come from the business dev team. It was closer to 5% yet the quota expectations were the same.
Every team was under water so cross collaboration was challenging. I had several clients that struggled to get their needs met because no team wanted to take responsibility.
Product fit is minimal. It is a nice to have in an industry that is struggling to stay afloat. Also they have competitors that have better product offerings for cheaper. I would caution any person joining the Jolt team workout digging into these issues.
