Commission plan gets worse every year, leadership alienating customers by sending finance to India and sending demand letters to long term customers with no history of payment issues. Increasing profits to the point we are not competitive in the market for service work

Upper sales management is constantly messing with comp plan and, as of the last two years, hurt reps by a large amount (15-30% pay decrease). Overall, it's still paying over competition. Execution of projects hurts future sales. Invoicing and accounts receivable are absolutely terrible.

Changing commission structure is hard to keep up with. finding out that sales 6 months ago were not included at end of year true up.
