Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Jobber has a fantastic work culture. However, the pay is pretty terrible comparing it to other companies working in the same position of account management.
The work load continues to rise as the AM as we acquired the payments team and now have to work 2 targets instead of one... No pay increase just workload increase.
Most of the team is constantly looking for other positions. Some die-hard Jobberino's don't see the issues in this role and will continue to drink the kool-aid. Browse Other Reviews
