Former Employee3.0Oct 18, 2023My first year went very well and the commission structure is great. Leadership did not recognize this year 2023 how quickly the market changed due to looming recession. Their goals for growth were way off and unrealistic. In the almost 2 years I was there, the company went through 4 layoffs, the most recent one laying off 30% of the company.
